【Abstract】 With the development of economy and scientific technology,there is on the one hand,growing emphasis on the value of personality right,and increasing possibility of violation on the other.However,the system of personality right in General Principles of the Civil Law of the PRC is still unsatisfactory.To improve such system and promote the establishment of the personality right law,the paper explores from the following five aspects: the addition of general system of personality right,the extension of subjects of personality right,development of concrete practice of personality right,commercialization of personality interests,and protection of personality right under network environment.更多还原
