【Abstract】 The testimony circumstance of suspect’s close relatives is of multiplicity and salience.They are of obligations of testimony and but can’t get rid of calls for humanity.The reconstruction of the testimony circumstance of suspect’s close relatives should be rethought from the double perspective of humanity and jurisprudence.Based on this,we should explore to introduce the defending mechanism into crime composition theory to construct the right of witness exemption of the suspect’s close relatives.更多还原
