扩张室式抗性消声器实验研究
Experimental Research of the Expansion Reactive Muffler
【摘要】 以DY90摩托车为基础,对不同结构的单腔扩张室式抗性消声器做了有限元分析.在保持其他结构参数不变的情况下,分析扩张腔的长度、直径以及出入口插入管对传递损失的影响.结果表明,插入管可以有效地提高扩张腔的消声量,插入管的长度和位置的不同影响消声效果.分析结果为在短时间内选出最佳的消声器结构及相应的最佳尺寸参数提供了依据,缩短了开发周期.
【Abstract】 Based on DY90 motor cycle,the finite element analysis is applied to analyze different structures of single cavity expansion reactive muffler.Transmission loss effects of different length and diameter of the expansion chambers,different extensions of inlet and outlet tubes of a single expansion chamber muffler have been studied.The results show that the tube can be inserted into the cavity to enhance the expansion of the volume of the muffler,the tube length and the location influence the effect of the noise reduction.It provides a foundation for selecting optimal muffler structures and corresponding optimal dimension parameters in a short time.It also shortens the cycle of developing new products.
