【Abstract】 Criminal Law of our country provides: The joint intentional offense should bear criminal responsibility.The offense of Joint Negligence shall not be punished as a joint crime.But,the offense of joint negligence is as same as the joint intentional offense,it belongs to the joint crime.In the supervisory negligence,the negligent action between the supervisor and the person under his supervision should not be include in the offense of joint negligence.更多还原
