1,3,4-噁二唑并1,2,4-三唑类双杂环的合成
Synthesis of Diheterocyclic Compounds on 1,3,4-Oxadiazole and 1,2,4-Triazole
【摘要】 采用生物活性基团拼接的分子设计方法,将两类活性杂环N-多氟烷基-4-苯基-5-对碘苯基-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮和N-多氟烷基-5-对碘苯基-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫酮以Sonogashira偶联的方式进行拼接,设计并合成了几个新型双杂环化合物,其结构经过1H NMR,19F NMR,IR和MS谱以及元素分析确证.
【Abstract】 The N-perfluoroaryl4-phenyl5-(pindinophenyl)-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiones and N-perfluoroaryl-5-(p-indinophenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thiones were coupled,based on molecular design technologies,such as activity sub-structure connecting.The structures of all compounds were proved by 1 H NMR,19F NMR,IR,MS spectra and elemental analysis.
