【摘要】 由于信息在证券市场运行过程中的核心作用,因此上市公司的信息披露监管成为证券市场监管法律制度的核心。证券交易所作为证券市场的组织者和一线监管者,在上市公司信息披露监管方面发挥着重要的作用。论题从"杭萧钢构"信息披露监管失灵事件的过程,分析我国证券交易所对上市公司信息披露监管存在的主要制度缺陷表现在五个方面,并提出了完善证券交易所对上市公司信息披露的监管建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of the importance of information in the running of stock market,supervision over information disclosure of listed companies is considered as the core in stock market supervision law system.As the organizer and first line supervisor of the stock market,stock exchanges play an essential role in the supervision over information disclosure of listed companies.By reviewing the failure of information disclosure supervision of Hangxiao Steel Structure Company,this paper concluded that the main system defect of the supervision over information disclosure of listed companies in Chinese stock exchanges occurs in five aspects,and then proposed five ways respectively to improve the system.更多还原
