【Abstract】 In terms of the content of the total alkaloid from phellodendron determined by UV spectrophotometry,the effect of the methods of microwave extraction,ultrasonic wave extraction and microwave-ultrasonic wave combined extraction was compared.A conclusion can be drawn that the microwave– ultrasonic wave combined extraction was superior.更多还原
