底层框架-混凝土多孔砖房屋抗震性能试验研究

【摘要】 底层框架-上部砌体结构是一种经济实用的结构体系,特别适用于砌体结构房屋对底层大空间的功能要求.自20世纪80年代以来,国内相关单位对底层框架结构展开了一系列研究,其中底层框架结构的抗震性能是研究的重点,抗震试验多采用小比例模型振动台试验方法.而对于新型墙体材料-混凝土多孔砖来说,这方面的抗震研究还较少,采用小比例模型试验也存在制作上的困难.以新型墙体材料—混凝土多孔砖为对象,通过抗震试验研究其底部框架结构的抗震性能.研究结果表明:虽然底部框架结构是一种抗震不利的结构体系,但是通过合理的设计,该结构体系能够满足建筑抗震设计要求.

【Abstract】 The multi-story masonry buildings with frame structure at the first floor are structural systems which are economic and practical,especially the stablity for some masonry buildings which require wide space at the bottom of the structures.Since last century 1980’s,the domestic correlation institutions have carried out a series of research about the bottom frame structures.The earthquake resistance behavior of the structure is the emphasis of research.Seismic experiments used to select small-scale model tests on shaking table.The new style wall material,concrete perforated brick,is seldom studied in the field of seismic behavior about bottom frame structures.It is difficult to make small-scale model of concrete perforated brick masonry,too.In this paper the emphasis researched is the seismic behavior of this structure which constructed with concrete perforated brick.The result shows that although the structure systems is disadvantageous to the earthquake resistance,it is contented with the earthquake resistance requirement with suitable design.
