【摘要】 目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和Survivin蛋白在非霍奇金淋巴瘤组织中的表达与生物学行为之间的关系,并探讨二者的相关性。方法用免疫组织化学法对51例非霍奇金淋巴瘤和11例瘤旁非肿瘤淋巴组织的COX-2和Survivin蛋白的表达进行检测。结果51例非霍奇金淋巴瘤中COX-2和Survivin蛋白的阳性表达率分别为74.5%和60.8%;二者在11例瘤旁非肿瘤淋巴组织中均未发现阳性表达。COX-2的表达与临床分期有关。COX-2的表达与Survivin蛋白的表达密切相关(r=0.452,P<0.01)。二者的表达与患者的性别、年龄无关。结论COX-2和Survivin蛋白的协同作用可能在非霍奇金淋巴瘤的发生发展过程中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions and correlation of COX-2 and Survivin in human NHL and the relationship with biological behaviors of NHL.Methods The expressions of COX-2 and Survivin in 51 specimens of human NHL and 11 specimens of normal lymph tissues were detected with immunohistochemistry.Results The detectable rates of COX-2 and Survivin in NHL were 74.5 % and 60.8 %,respectively;none in adjacent normal tissues.The expressions of COX-2 were significantly associated with the clinical stages.There was a significant correlation between the expressions of COX-2 and Survivin(r=0.452,P=0.001).Conditions such as age,gender,had no relation with the expressions of COX-2 or Survivin.Conclusion The cooperation of COX-2 and Survivin may play a pivotal role in the carcinogenesis and the progression in NHL,and may provide new targets for the therapy of NHL.更多还原
