【摘要】 目的研究端粒酶活性与良恶性骨肿瘤之间的关系。方法使用TRAP方法对骨肿瘤的组织标本进行端粒酶活性的检测。结果在良性骨肿瘤中端粒酶阳性率为5.0%(3/62);在恶性骨肿瘤中端粒酶活性为79.6%(50/62)。结论端粒酶活性与骨肿瘤的恶性程度有相关,并且可能是判断恶性骨肿瘤患者预后的重要参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate whether the telomerase was reactivated in bone tumor and its significance.Methods Telomerase activity was detected using the modified telomeric repeated amplification protocol(TRAP)assay in 62 bone tumors obtained through open biopsy or resection.Results Telomerase activity was measured in 5.0% of benign tumors and 79.6% of malignant tumors(P<0.001).Conclusion The findings suggest that telomerase activity should be associated with tumor aggressiveness and might play an important role in prediction of the prognosis of patients with malignant bone tumors.更多还原
