【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内窥镜在鼻内翻性乳头状瘤手术中的价值。方法鼻内翻性乳头状瘤87例,采用鼻内窥镜62例(鼻内窥镜组),经鼻侧切开25例(鼻侧切开组),将两种手术结果进行比较。结果随访1.6年,并发症:鼻内窥镜组(7例)明显低于鼻侧切开组12例(P<0.01);住院时间:鼻内窥镜组(12.3d)明显短于鼻侧切开组(18.7d);术中出血量(Ⅰ～Ⅱ级):鼻内窥镜组(185mL)亦明显少于鼻侧切开组(525mL)(P<0.01)。结论鼻内窥镜术是治疗Ⅰ～Ⅱ级鼻内翻性乳头状瘤的一种较好方法;对于Ⅲ～Ⅳ级患者,使用鼻内窥镜术应持谨慎态度,鼻侧切开仍不失为安全、可靠的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the value of nasal endoscopy in the surgery of the nasal inverted papillomas.Methods87 patients with nasal inverted papilloma,62 cases of all the cases applied nasal endoscopic surgery( nasal endoscopic surgery group),25 cases applied nasal lateral incision surgeries(nasal lateral incision group),and we compared the results of the two surgeries.ResultsFollow-up 1.6 years. Complications in the nasal endoscopic surgery group (7 cases) was obviously lower than those in the nasal lateral incision group(12 cases)(P<0.01); the hospitalization time in the nasal endoscopic surgery group(12.3 d) was obviously shorter than that in the nasal lateral incision group(18.7 d)(P<0.01); the volume of blood during surgery(Ⅰ-Ⅱstage) in the nasal endoscopic surgery group (185 mL) was obviously lower than that in the nasal lateral incision group(525 mL)(P<0.01).ConclusionThe nasal endoscopy is a better method for treating Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage nasal inverted papilloma. As to Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage disease,should be carefully selected endoscopic surgery. Nasal lateral incision surgery still is a safe and reliable therapeutic method.更多还原
