【摘要】 目的分析需要再次开胸手术的食管、贲门癌术后并发症的防治要点。方法对18例食管、贲门癌术后严重并发症行二次开胸手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析,乳糜胸7例,胸内食管胃吻合口瘘5例,大出血4例,胸胃穿孔2例。结果经二次开胸手术处理后,除1例大出血和1例胸内食管胃吻合口瘘死亡外,余均痊愈。结论再次手术在食管、贲门癌术后近期并发症治疗中占重要地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the effective protective measures to reduce the serious postoperative complications of carcinoma of the esophagus and cardia.MethodsReoperation was performed of 18 patients with postoperative complications of esophageal carcinoma and cardia. The complications included chylothorax in 7 cases,anastomotic leakage in 5 cases,internal hemorrhage in 4 cases and thoracic gastric perforation in 2 cases.ResultsOne patient died of the massive hemorrhage and another died of the multiple organ failure. The technique success was obtained in 16 patients.ConclusionReoperation is effective in treating the short-term complications about esophageal and cardia cancer.更多还原
