【摘要】 目的探讨改良Manchester术保留子宫,治疗子宫脱垂的手术方式。方法对Manchester术进行改良,即在Manchester术的基础上保留子宫颈,将子宫骶骨韧带充分游离并缝合于子宫颈前。结果施行改良Manchester术24例,经随访,没有复发病例,其中有3例成功妊娠,行剖宫产术顺利分娩。结论改良Manchester术,增强了子宫颈的提升力度,有利于子宫体的前倾和抬高,避免了子宫颈的切除,增加了术后妊娠的机会,降低了复发率。经随访,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the improved Manchester method to treat hysteroptosis.Methods The operation was performed with improved Manchester method of suture uterosacral ligament anterior cervix.Results 24 cases had been cured after follow-up without relapse.Among them 3 cases had pregnancy and dilivered by U-D.Conclusion This method might improve the strength of cervix and avoid cervix resection,increase the opportunity of pregnancy and reduce the relapse.更多还原
