【摘要】 目的通过定量检测腹水中MMP-2、MMP-9(Matrix metalloproteinase-2,-9)的含量,为临床良恶性腹水性质的鉴别工作提供理论依据。方法选择2004-07~2004-12间,哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院住院患者腹水标本37例。其中,男性患者30例,女性患者7例。年龄平均为45岁±6岁。分为3组:肝硬化腹水组12例,结核性腹膜炎腹水组13例,消化系统恶性肿瘤腹水组12例。采用ELISA法分别检测腹水中MMP-2、MMP-9的含量。结果消化系统恶性肿瘤组中MMP-2含量为161.85 ng/mL±85.88 ng/mL,明显高于肝硬化组93.00 ng/mL±31.69 ng/mL和结核性腹膜炎组107.11 ng/mL±38.70 ng/mL。MMP-9在肝硬化腹水、消化系统恶性肿瘤腹水、结核性腹膜炎腹水中依次升高,分别为9.02 ng/mL±2.18 ng/mL,18.36 ng/mL±8.26 ng/mL,48.90 ng/mL±16.37 ng/mL。结论MMP-2、MMP-9,对鉴别良恶性腹水具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value for measuring the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in ascites so as to provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis.Methods 37 cases with ascites caused by different reason were divided into three groups: cirrhotic ascites(12),tuberculosis ascites(13) and malignant ascites(12).The levels of MMP-2,MMP-9 and SF were determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The level of MMP-2 in malignant ascites was 161.85 ng/m L±85.88 ng/mL,which was significantly higher than those in cirrhotic ascites 93.00 ng/mL±31.69 ng/mL and tuberculosis ascites 107.11 ng/mL±38.70 ng/mL.The level of MMP-9 in cirrhotic ascites,malignant ascites and tuberculosis ascite w ere 9.02 ng/mL±2.18 ng/mL,18.36 ng/mL±8.26 ng/mL and 48.90ng/mL±16.37 ng/mL.Conclusion The levels of MMP-2 in malignant ascites was signifi cantly higher than those in tuberculosis and cirrhotic ascites.MMP-9 was not sp ecificity,so MMP-2 are useful in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ascites.更多还原
