【摘要】 目的研究股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)的早期诊断。方法回顾性分析54例临床证实为早期缺血性坏死的X线髋关节平片表现,对每例患者的股骨头进行对比分析。结果54例病历所记录的数据均显示逐渐缩小(股骨头塌陷所致),股骨头密度增高,负重区斑点状高密度影。股骨头皮质变薄。结论早期股骨头缺血坏死为股骨头负重区硬化,说明X线平片对诊断早期股骨头缺血、坏死,具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the early diagnosis of avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH).Methods 54 cases of such patients were analyzed retrospectively. The X-ray plain film appearance were studied one by one.Results All cases showed the data deflating step by step(the femoral head collapse),the dense of femoral head inceasing. Weight bearing area performed mottling density shadow. Femoral cortex turned thinning.Conclusion The signs of early ANFH is the stiffen of weight loading area. That shows X-ray plain film has important value for the diagnosis of early ANFH.更多还原
