【摘要】 目的探讨调强放疗(intensity-modulation radiation therapy,IMRT)技术对鼻咽癌患者腮腺功能的保护作用。方法收集2005-06~2008-02间,在我科因鼻咽癌行调强放疗及常规放疗的患者25例,分别于放疗前、放疗后及放疗后3个月腮腺功能检测及口干程度的比较。结果调强组口干症状分级:Ⅱ级9例,Ⅲ级2例;常规放疗组Ⅱ级3例,Ⅲ级11例,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。在随访3个月中,调强组口干恢复或减轻者9例;而常规放疗组3个月中口干症状无明显好转。放疗后两组腮腺分泌指数(EI)有显著差异(P<0.05),各时间点摄取指数(UI)无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论调强放疗比常规放疗明显保护了腮腺的分泌功能,减轻口干症状,使患者的生存质量明显提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the protection of the parotid function after intensity-modulation radiation therapy(IMRT) in nasophargeal cancer.Methods From June 2005 to February 2008,25 patients of nasophargeal cancer underwent IMRT and conventional radiotherapy were observed.The level of mouth dryness and the parotid function were compared before treatment,after treatment and 3 month after treatment.Results According to the xerostomia symptom,there were 9 cases of Ⅱ grade and 2 cases of Ⅲ grade in the group of IMRT,3 cases of Ⅱ grade and 11 cases of Ⅲ grade in the group of conventional radiotherapy.The result has significant difference(P<0.05).After 3 month followed up,The xerostomia recovered or abatement in IMRT group however not in another group.There was significant difference in EI after radiotherapy(P<0.05) but no significance in every time(P>0.05).Conclusion IMRT can protecet the parotid function evidently and reduce the xerostomia.It can improve life quality.更多还原
