【摘要】 目的了解社区老年高血压患者自测健康水平及自我管理现状,探讨两者之间的关系,为提高老年高血压控制率提供依据。方法采用自测健康评定量表、自我管理状况问卷对福州市某社区342例老年高血压患者进行调查。结果社区老年高血压患者的自测生理健康总分130.91±11.61,自测心理健康总分116.77±3.80,自测社会健康87.50±7.79;自我管理状况佳者18.13%,自我管理差者35.67%。自测健康与饮食控制、不吸烟、不饮酒、坚持运动、服药依从性、按时随访、体质量控制均呈显著相关;自测健康各子量表与自我管理部分项目显著相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论高血压患者的自我管理状况与自测健康水平关系密切,社区护理人员应通过有效措施提升其社会健康水平,从而改善自我管理现状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the situation of self-rated health and self-manegement among aged hypertension patients and to explore relationship between them.Methods A total of 342 aged hypertension patients in a community of Fuzhou city were recruited and investigated with SRHMS and a self-management questionnaire.Results The community residents scored(130.91±11.61) points in physical health,(116.77±3.80) points in psychological health,and(87.50±7.79) points in social health.Totally,18.13% were at good level of self management,and 35.67% at poor level.Self-rated health of aged hypertension patients had significant correlation with diet control,abstaining from smoking and drinking,exercising,medication compliance,regular follow-up,and control of body weight;all subscales of self-rated health had significant correlation with most of factors of self-management(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Self-rated health and self-management was closely correlated.Community nurses should take effective measures to improve the social health and self-management level of aged hypertension patients.更多还原
