【摘要】 目的探讨药物管理技能训练对康复期精神分裂症患者的影响。方法选取康复期精神分裂症患者94例,随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(44例),对照组进行常规护理,观察组增加药物管理技能训练,对两组患者随访1年。采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、自知力与治疗态度问卷量表(ITAQ)评价患者的病情,自拟服药依从性调查表比较其效果。结果观察组出院半年和1年末,BPRS评分显著低于对照组,ITAQ评分显著高于对照组,服药依从性显著高于对照组,复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论药物管理技能训练能提高患者服药治疗依从性,对预防复发、改善预后有一定的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of medicine control skill training on the schizophrenic patients.Methods Ninety-four schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into an observation group(n=50) and a control group(n=44) at admission.The control group received routine care,while the observation group were given medicine control skill training besides that.Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire(ITAQ) and a self-made medication compliance eva-luating sheet were used to evaluate the effect one year after they were discharged.Results The observation group had significantly lower BPRS scores than the control group half a year and one year after discharge.The scores of ITAQ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group half a year and one year after discharge(P<0.01 for both).The medication compliance of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the recurrent rate in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05 for both).Conclusion The skills training of the drug management can improve schizophrenic patients’ medication compliance and prognosis,and prevent recurrence.更多还原
