【摘要】 目的观察行气温阳散烫熨治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱病变的临床疗效及其安全性。方法将70例糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者随机分为观察组(36例)和对照组(34例),观察组采用行气温阳散烫熨疗法,对照组肌内注射维生素B1、B12以及酚妥拉明静脉滴注治疗,治疗2个疗程后观察患者残余尿量及自觉症状。结果2个疗程后观察组残余尿量显著少于对照组(P<0.01),疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论行气温阳散烫熨治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱疗效较好;中药烫熨治疗患者无痛苦,无创伤,易被患者接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xingqiwenyang powder and the safety of hot compression therapy for patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder.Methods A total of 70 patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder were randomly divided into a control group(n=34) and an observation group(n=36).Participants in the observation group were compressed with heated Xingqi-wenyang powder,while their counterparts in the control group were intramuscularly injected with vitamin B1 and B12,and intravenously infused with phentolamine.The residual volume of urine and the perceived symptoms in both groups were noted after 2 treatment courses.Results There were significant differences in the residual volume of urine and therapeutic effect between the two groups(P<0.01 for both).Conclusion Hot compression of Xingqiwenyang powder in patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder is effective,painless,and easily accepted.更多还原
