【摘要】 目的建立中医院护理质量评价指标体系。方法采用文献资料法及焦点式访谈法初步构建中医院护理质量评价指标体系后,运用德尔菲法对北京、天津、江苏、湖南、山东等23个省、市的36名专家就中医院护理质量评价指标体系中各级指标进行函询与论证。结果专家的权威程度系数为0.86;第2轮专家的肯德尔和谐系数较第1轮增大,均在0.38及以上(均P<0.01)。最终确立了包含8项一级指标、31项二级指标、95项三级指标的中医院护理评价指标体系。结论中医医院护理质量评价指标体系的专家积极性、权威程度及专家意见的集中程度和对指标评价结果的一致程度均较高,显示评价指标体系的可信程度较高,可为进一步建立适合中医院护理质量评价体系提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct an evaluation index system of nursing quality for TCM hospitals.Methods The evaluation index system of nursing quality for TCM hospitals was preliminarily established by using literature reviewing method and focus interview approach,Then,36 experts from 23 areas,such as Beijing,Tianjin,Jiangsu,Hunan,Shandong,etc.were consulted in terms of their opinions about the evaluation index system by using Delphi method.Results The authority degree of the experts was 0.86.The Kendall coefficients of concordance were higher in the second round than in the first round,with all the coefficients over 0.38(P<0.01 for all).And the evaluation system of nursing quality for TCM hospitals including 8 level 1 indexes,31 level 2 indexes and 95 level 3 indexes was established.Conclusion The evaluation system of nursing quality for TCM hospitals has high reliability,which can be confirm from experts’attentive involvement,their authority degree and the concentrating degree of their views.更多还原
