混凝土试件强度的有限推论和思考
Finite inference and analysis from concrete samples
【摘要】 在室外温度(20±8)℃的条件下,对同一罐车的预拌混凝土,经由在出厂时、施工现场卸料时和浇筑到不同高度时,分别成型混凝土试块,又经标养28d,测得混凝土试块强度的发展规律是:在出厂时成型的试块强度<在施工现场卸料时成型的试块强度<浇筑到不同高度时成型的试块强度。由此得出一个有限推论:在室外温度(20±8)℃的条件下,对同一罐车的预拌混凝土,在出厂时成型的试块强度合格,浇筑到不同高度时成型的混凝土试块强度也一定合格。这为客观界定在一定温度条件下的混凝土配制强度提供了依据。
【Abstract】 There are concrete test-blocks respectively formed in one of tanker at different stages at when the outdoor temperature is in the condition of(20±8)℃,such as concrete are being shipped out of factory,being discharged on the site and being poured to a different height.They are cured in a standard temperature about 28 days,the strength regulation of these test-blocks can be measured as the follow:The test-block strength formed when it is being shipped out of the factory is less than that being discharged on the site;The test-block strength is the most powerful when the premixed concrete is poured to a different height.So a kind of range inference shows if the strength of concrete test-block is qualified when it is shipped out of the factory in a tanker under the temperature about(20±8)℃,the strength of concrete test-block is also qualified when it is poured to a different height.That practically provides a kind of theory for the mixture of the premixed concrete in a certain temperature.
