马来酸型聚羧酸减水剂的合成研究

【摘要】 以马来酸酐、聚乙二醇为原料,通过酯化反应,合成出聚乙二醇单乙醚马来酸单酯活性大单体。确定出最佳反应条件为:原料摩尔配合比为1:1.5,非氧化性对甲基苯磺酸催化剂的用量为0.5%,温度为90℃,反应时间为6h,合成出活性大单体的酯化率达到92.2%。试验结果表明:采用聚乙二醇单乙醚马来酸酐单酯活性大单体、对乙烯基苯磺酸钠和甲基丙烯酸为原料,最佳摩尔配合比为1.0:1.5:4.0时,制备出高效马来酸型聚羧酸减水剂。当高效减水剂的掺量为0.5%,产物的减水性能及净浆流动度保持性能良好,水泥初始净浆流动度达到295mm、60min净浆流动度维持在260mm;可使水泥的用水量减少28%。

【Abstract】 Through esterifying reaction,monoethyl ether polyethylene glycol maleic anhydride(MPEGMAH)is prepared by maleic anhydride and polyglycol.The conditions of preparations are as followed:molar ratio of maleic anhydride and polyglycol is 1:1.5,the quantity of non-oxidation methyl benzene sulfonic acid is 0.5% of monomers’ quantity,reaction for 6 h at 90 ℃,MPEGMAH esterification ratio can be achieved to 92.2%.Maleic acid-type polycarboxylic superplasticizers are obtained by MPEGMAH,Vinyl Sodium Benzosulfonate(VSB)and Methacrylic Acid(MAA)when molar ratio of VPEGMAH,VSB and MAA is 1.0:1.5:4.0.It shows that the product exhibits best water-reducing performance and fluidity retentivity at 0.5% of water reducer addition,the original fluidity of cement grout can reach 295 mm,the setting fluidity retain as high as 260 mm after 60 min;at the same time,the water-reducing rate reached 28%.
