【摘要】 目的:探讨个体化教育对糖尿病眼底病变防治的效果。方法:将我院通过免散瞳眼底照相机做糖尿病眼底病变筛查,选取确诊为糖尿病眼底病变的120例病人,针对每例病人不同情况进行糖尿病眼病防治知识个体化强化教育,均于教育前后对糖尿病眼底病变防治知识进行试卷测试。结果:实施个体化教育的病人对糖尿病眼病防治知识掌握情况明显优于教育前(P<0.01)。结论:个体化教育能更有效地提高糖尿病病人对糖尿病并发症的认识,增强糖尿病眼病病人防治知识、自我管理、自我保健的能力,可以明显改善糖尿病病人糖代谢,预防或延缓并发症的出现,提高病人的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe in to the effects of indicidual education on prevention the eye disease in diabetes.Methods:120 patients in eye disease in diabetes by imager-free fundus in my hospital,we gave each patient indiviual education of the knowledge preventing eye disease in Diabetes,before and after education ,we both let our patients do the test paper.Conclusion,From the individual education,diabetic not only can deepen the understanding of diabetic syndrome effectively,but also can strengthen the knowledge of Eye Disease in Diabetes and the ability of self-control and health care.Individual education can improve Sugar Metabolism,prevent or leave the syndrome,and improve the patients’ life-quality.更多还原
