【摘要】 目的:观察利多卡因胶浆外涂治疗化疗性静脉炎的疗效。方法:将102例患者随机分为实验组52例和对照组50例,实验组采用利多卡因胶浆局部外涂,对照组采用50%硫酸镁局部外敷,比较两组患者有效率、疼痛及红肿消退时间。结果:实验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);且实验组比对照组静脉炎红肿消退时间、疼痛缓解时间短(P<0.01)。结论:利多卡因胶浆外涂治疗化疗性静脉炎疗效好,恢复快,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of wiping Lidocaine mortar externally to prevent chemotherapy phlebitis. Methods:102 cases of patients were divided into experiment group and control group at random,Lidocaine mortar was wiped externally and locally in the experiment group and the 50% bitter salt was applied externally and locally in the comparison group. Results:The effective rate in experiment group was evidently higher than that in control group (P<0.01),the edema disappearing time,ache sustaining time of phlebitis in experiment group was obviously shorter and quicker than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:It has a very excellent preventive effect to wipe Lidocaine mortar externally for chemotherapy phlebitis indeed.更多还原
