【摘要】 目的:探讨膀胱灌注吡柔比星预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的疗效及安全性。方法:对116例浅表性膀胱癌患者行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术或膀胱部分切除术,术后1周开始用吡柔比星进行膀胱内定期灌注,每次药物在膀胱内保留30～60 min,每周1次,连续8次。以后每月1次,连续10次。并随访5～72月。结果:患者均未见全身性药物不良反应,出现尿道烧灼感5例,轻微膀胱刺激症状7例;复发19例。结论:膀胱内吡柔比星灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发的疗效确切,不良反应小,安全性好,在灌药时加强对患者灌注前、灌注中及灌注后护理,可减轻患者不适感,提高患者灌药的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the nursing of bladder perfused Pirarubicin to prevent postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer.Methods: 116 cases of patients with superficial bladder cancer through transurethral resection of bladder tumor or partial cystectomy.After postoperative 1 week,to perfuse Pirarubicin,keep the drugs 30-60 minutes in bladder,1 time in 1 week,and continued 8 times.After that 1 time in 1 month,and continued 10 times.following 5-72 months.Results:116 cases were not seen systemic adverse drug reactions.5 case occur urethral cauterization and 7 cases of mild bladder stimulation symptoms in patients.19 case recurrence of bladder cancer.Conclusion: To the prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer,the bladder with THP perfusion combination with the care during the perfusion were the exact efficacy,safety,which reduced discomfort of the patient,and improved the patients of compliance reperfusion.更多还原
