【摘要】 目的:了解西宁地区不同文化程度孕产妇对健康知识需求状况,有针对性的进行孕产妇健康教育。方法:采用结构式访谈问卷调查,对资料进行统计学分析。结果:西宁地区不同文化程度孕产妇对孕期保健及产褥期保健知识的需求差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),且随着文化程度的增高对孕产期保健知识需求程度也在增高。虽不同文化程度孕产妇对育儿知识需求间的差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),但各文化层次的孕产妇对育儿知识的需求均很高。对健康教育方式需求的选择差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。文化程度不同,需求的方式不同。结论:满足孕产妇需求是提高健康教育质量的基础,不同的个体、不同的阶段有不同的健康问题和需求,语言教育和示范教育方式是孕产妇最受欢迎的方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand different cultural level of pregnant women’s demand of health knowledge and provide proper individual health education pertinently.Methods: The datas of women were surveyed by configurable questionnaire.Results:Significant difference was found in demand of pregnant and maternal care knowledge among the different cultural level of pregnant women,the difference was significant(P<0.01).And the demand of higher-level education mothers on antenatal care and puerperium health care knowledge was higher than the lower-level education mothers.Moreover,all pregnant women in different education levels hoped to get infanticulture knowledge intensively(P>0.05).Furthermore,mothers closed different health education method,according to their different education levels(P<0.01).Conclusion:Meet the different requirement of pregnant women according to different cultural levels is the base for enhancing the quality of health education.It is important to carry out proper individual health education.Particularly,speech transmission and exemplary education are welcomed warmly.更多还原
