【摘要】 目的:观察多酶清洗剂在消毒内镜中的应用效果。方法:将使用后的消化内镜90例次随机分为两组,分别用多酶清洗(酶洗组)和单纯流动水清洗(水洗组),观察清洗后镜身表面附着物、喷嘴堵塞、内镜表面清洁度的变化,监测清洗消毒后消毒效果。结果:应用多酶清洗剂清洗后内镜表面附着物、喷嘴堵塞、表面清洁度均较单纯流动水清洗评分低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);应用多酶清洗剂清洗组内镜消毒合格率较单纯流动水清洗组高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用多酶清洗剂可明显提高消化内镜清洗消毒质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Multienzyme abluent application in washing in the endoscopic digesting.Methods:90 examples for using the endoscopic digesting were divided into two groups randomly,using multienzyme to wash(the enzyme washes group) and water being on the move exclusively to wash(water wash group).Observe the change of the attachment cleaning the surface.The spray nozzle blocks up the cleanness surface of endoscopic to monitor the effect disinfecting after cleaning and disinfecting.Results:Compare to using thewater being on the move exculsively,after using multienzyme to wash the endoscopic the surface attachment,spray nozzle block,the cleanness surface were all grade low,there was remarkable sense between two groups(P<0.01).Using multienzyme abluent to wash the endoscopic the field disinfecting was higher than water being on the move exclusively to wash,there was remarkable sense between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mass disinfectiong of the endoscopic digesting raise obiviosly by applying multienzyme abluent.更多还原
