【摘要】 目的:探讨2007北京修订新生儿窒息复苏指南培训的效果。方法:我院及湛江市妇幼保健院围产人员接受2007北京修订新生儿窒息复苏指南培训,对培训前出生的A组新生儿2130例与培训后出生的B组新生儿2206例进行回顾性研究。结果:围产人员接受培训后出生的B组新生儿窒息发生率显著低于A组新生儿窒息发生率(P<0.05)。AB两组新生儿复苏效果比较,B组明显好于A组(P<0.05)。结论:围产人员接受2007北京修订新生儿窒息复苏指南培训,减少了新生儿窒息发生率,提高了窒息新生儿的复苏水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the training effects on dilivery room staff with neonatal resuscitation program guidelines amended in Beijing in 2007.Method:Dilivery room staff of our hospital and Zhanjiang Maternal and Child Health hospital received training of neonatal resuscitation program guidelines amended in Beijing in 2007.A retrospective study of all term infants born was performed.Patients were divided into two groups:group A included 2 130 infants born before the training;group B included 2 206 cases born after the training.Results:The incidence of neonatal asphyxia in group B was lower significantly than group A(P<0.05).The effects of neonatal resuscitation of group B was better than group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Since the implementation of the neonatal resuscitation program guidelines amended in Beijing in 2007,the rate of neonatal asphyxia has fallen significantly and the rate of neonatal resuscitation has improved greatly.更多还原
