【摘要】 目的:探讨生活技能训练对慢性精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法:将160例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组各80例。两组患者住院期间均常规使用抗精神病药物治疗,干预组给予个体化的康复训练,进行系统的文体娱疗、生活技能训练、社会功能训练和健康教育等康复训练。在康复训练前及训练后6周分别采用日常生活能力量表(ADL)、简明精神病量表(BPRS)和护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)进行效果评定。结果:训练后6周患者的ADL、BPRS总分较训练前低(P<0.01);NOSIE总分较训练前高,总积极因素较训练前高,总消极因素较训练前低(P<0.01);训练后患者的自理能力和社会适应能力明显提高。结论:康复技能训练有助于提高患者自我照顾能力和社会功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effect of healing skill training on social function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:160 patients with chronic schizophrenia were divided into intervention group and control group,80 cases in each group.The patients in two groups were accepted normal durgs therapy,the intervention group given in individuation healing training,include:life skill tyaining,social function training and health education et al.To assess the effect with ability daily life(ADL),brief paychiatric rating scale(BPRS)and nurses’ observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE)before healing training and after training 6 weeks.Results:The grade of ADL and BPRS after training 6 weeks was lower than before training(P<0.01);the grade of NOSIE and general active factors was higher than before training,the general passive factors was lower than before training(P<0.01);the self care ability and social adaptation ability of patients were improved after training.Conclusion:Healing skill training could improve patients’ self care ability and social function.更多还原
