【摘要】 目的:探讨KTP激光治疗慢性泪囊炎术后的冲洗方法。方法:389例慢性泪囊炎行泪道KTP激光鼻泪管阻塞疏通术的患者随机分为A组(178例)和B组(211例)。术后A组常规用易妥芬眼液滴眼,每周生理盐水冲洗泪道;B组常规易妥芬眼液滴,加易妥芬眼液每天1次连续冲洗7 d,观察两组疗效。结果:A组治愈87例(48.88%),好转14例(7.87%),无效67例(37.64%),有效率56.74%。B组治愈134例(63.51%),好转37例(17.54%),无效40例(18.96%),有效率81.04%。两组疗效比较P<0.05,差异有显著性意义。结论:K IP激光泪道疏通是治疗慢性泪囊炎的有效方法,联合术后应用易妥芬眼液冲洗泪道,可进一步提高手术疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the washing method after KTP/Nd:YAG laser of treatment chronic dacryocystitis.Methods:389 patients with chronic dacryocystitis treated by KTP/Nd:YAG laserbet were divided into A group(n=128,) and B group(n=211).After the KTP/Nd:YAG laser surgeries of evacuating the naso-lacrymal duct obstruction,group A had been topically instilled with gentamycin and fluorometholone sol/ tid as well as undergone irrigating the tear duct with 0.9% normal saline per week for a month,while group B with gentamycin and fluorometholone sol/tid and irrigating the tear duct with gentamycin and fluorometholone sol per day for a week.Results:The group A: cured 87 cases(48.88%),improved 14 cases(7.87%),failed 67 cases(37.64%),total effective rate was 56.74%;the group B: cured 134 cases(63.51%),improved 37cases(17.54%),failed 40 cases(18.96%),total effective rate was 81.04%.There was statistically significance between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion: KTP laser evacuated the naso-lacrymal duct obstruction in chronic dacryocystitis cases was a effective way to treat chronic dacryocystitis,in addition,combined with irrigating tear duct with Gentamycin and Fluorometholone sol after the laser surgeries was more effective than just irrigating with 0.9% normal saline,which could greatly improved the successful rate.更多还原
