【摘要】 目的:探讨康复护理干预对脑卒中跌倒患者生活质量的影响。方法:将70例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组患者采用神经内科常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上接受康复护理干预,随访3个月后评定疗效。结果:干预前后,观察组与对照组的跌倒次数、生活质量比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:康复护理干预对提高脑卒中跌倒患者的生活质量具有积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Probe into the influence of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the quality of life in tumble patient with cerebral apoplexy.Methods:70 patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into observation group(n=35)and control(n=35),the control group used general drug therapy and the observation group accepted rehabilitation nursing intervention based on general drug therapy.To assess the effect after following visit 3 months.Results:The times of tumble and the quality of life has remarkable different in two groups before and after intervention(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The results shows that rehabilitation nursing intervention has active function to improve the quality of life on tumble patient with cerebral apoplexy.更多还原
