【摘要】 目的:分析高脂血症性胰腺炎患者的就医行为特点,探讨加强护理干预措施改善就医行为后对高脂血症性胰腺炎复发的预防作用。方法:选择16例经常规治疗后仍反复复发两次以上的高脂血症性胰腺炎患者,以调查表形式分析其就医行为特点,包括:按时服药、合理饮食、运动锻炼、定期复诊等。随访1年,在常规治疗基础上予加强护理干预措施,比较护理干预前后的遵医嘱情况及胰腺炎复发次数。结果:入组前多数患者存在就医行为不规范,在按时服药、运动锻炼方面尤为突出。结论:加强健康教育与护理干预后能有效改善患者就医行为,减少胰腺炎复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the medical behaviors of patients with HLP and to investigate the influence of nursing intervention for preventing reoccurrence of HLP.Methods: 16 cases of HLP with 2 or more occasions of reoccurrence were enrolled.With self-designed questionnaires,medical behaviors of following doctor’s advice including proper diet,physical exercise,regular medical follow-up,medicines taking on doctor’s advice were studied and frequencies of reoccurrence were analyzed and compared before and one year after nursing intervention while regular medical treatment remained the same.Results: Medical behaviors,particularly physical exercise,medicines taking on doctor’s advice and regular medical follow-up were found inadequate.Conclusion: After nursing intervention,medical behaviors of following doctor’s advice improved and frequency of reoccurrence of HLP were reduced.更多还原
