【摘要】 目的了解麻风村患者家庭功能状况,为护理提供基础资料。方法使用家庭关怀度指数问卷对麻风村内组建了家庭的40例麻风患者进行调查。结果40例麻风患者中,37.5%(15/40)家庭功能良好,37.5%(15/40)家庭中度障碍,25%(10/40)家庭高度障碍。家庭功能具体项目统计显示,麻风患者家庭的亲密度、成长度和合作度存在较大缺陷。自理能力欠缺者其家庭功能高度障碍达到50%,远高于自理能力高者。结论加强对麻风患者家庭功能的护理干预及咨询工作,能提高麻风患者家庭支持的水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the family function status of patients in leprosyin village in order to provide basis information for nursing care.Method Investigate 40 patients with leprosyin who have set up a family in leprosyin village by Family Care Index Questionnaire.Result 37.5%(15/40) of 40 patients have a nice family function.37.5%(15/40) have moderate obstacles in family function.25%(10/40) have high obstacles in family function.Statistics of specific items of family function show that patients with leprosyin have a obvious defect in attachment,development and cooperation degree.50% of the petients with self-care ability deficiency have high obstacles in family function.The rate is much higher than patients with high self-care ability.Conclusion Nursing intervention and consultation should be enhanced for patients with leprosyin and family function obstacles.Support level of patients’ family should be inproved.更多还原
