法医学鉴定书制作规范研究
Study on the Standard of Making a Medical Jurisprudence Testimonial
【摘要】 法医学鉴定书及法医学鉴定结论是诉讼中非常重要的证据,直接关系到能否正确认定案件事实,能否真正做到司法公正。但目前我国法医学鉴定书的制作仍处于一种较为混乱的局面,应尽快改变这种局面。
【Abstract】 Medical jurisprudence testimonials and medical jurisprudence expert’s conclusions are a kind of very important evidences in the lawsuit.But the making of the medical jurisprudence testimonial of our country is in a state of confusion.
