论我国刑事证明印证模式的困境及其化解
On the Difficult Situation and its Solution of China Criminal Evidential Verification Proof Mode
【摘要】 刑事证明印证模式利弊共存。通过强化单个证据的审查,合理设置证明标准,改变口供中心的印证方式,可以化解印证证明的困境,发挥印证证明的优势。
【Abstract】 There are advantages and disadvantages in criminal verification proof mode.The improvements of verification proof mode lie on strengthening the evidence examination,stipulating appropriate proof standards and abolishing suspects’ statements as the core of procedure.
