【摘要】 公安机关组织结构的"扁平化"改革在近年来公安管理体制改革中得到了广泛的重视。根据我国目前公安工作的发展趋势、国外先进的警务模式,结合我国公安工作的特点,我国的公安管理体制改革的基本思路是压缩管理层级,收回现有的公安分局,进一步做大做强公安派出所,实现公安机关组织结构"扁平化"改革的目标。更多还原
