基于区间层次分析法的堤防安全系统脆性分析
Brittle Analysis of Levee Safety System Based on IAHP
【摘要】 堤防的安全与否直接影响到下游两岸人民的生命财产安全。将系统脆性引入到堤防安全系统研究中,由于堤防安全系统是复杂系统,具有层次结构,因而根据影响堤防安全的主要因素,在设定的多层次指标体系基础上,将区间层次分析法(IAHP)用于堤防安全系统的脆性分析中,由区间层次分析法求得堤防安全系统各个子系统的相对重要度排序向量,找出极易使系统崩溃的脆性因素,为决策者提供重要的参考依据。
【Abstract】 Levee plays an important role in protecting people and property of the lower reaches.With the introduction of complex system brittleness into the levee system,and consideration of the complexity and hierarchical structure of the system,the Interval Analytic Hierarchy Process(IAHP) is proposed and used in the analysis of levee safety system based on the specified hierarchy index system.The relative importance degree vector of the system is obtained and the brittle factor which makes the system breakdown is found out,an important reference is given to decision-maker.
