【摘要】 拟建立脑心通滴丸中紫丁香苷的含量测定方法.采用高效液相法以V甲醇∶V水∶V1.5%醋酸=18∶80∶2作为流动相,在检测波长265 nm,流速1 mL/min条件下测定脑心通滴丸中紫丁香苷的含量.结果显示每丸中含有紫丁香苷不低于0.014 mg,其方法精密度,重现性良好,因此可以作为该制剂的质量控制方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish a method for determination of the content of syringin in Naoxintong pills.HPLC method is used.ODS C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)is used with a mobile phase consisting of Vmethanol∶Vwater∶V1.5% acetate acid =18∶80∶2 at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength is set at 265 nm.The result shows that the content of syringin in one pill is not less 0.001 4 mg.The method can be used to control the quality of Naoxintong pills.更多还原
