【摘要】 阐述了休闲农业的定义和内容,剖析了黑龙江省休闲农业现状及问题,从循环经济和可持续发展农业的角度,在分析黑龙江省休闲农业总体规模小的现状基础上,针对存在的主要问题,结合北大荒现代农业科技园区策划、规划的实例,提出了近期在战略决策上要将城市近郊具有多功能的农业科技园区摆在休闲农业发展首位,充分发挥省科协、科研单位的信息、管理、规划、科技、人才优势,充分利用院县科技共建网络优势,推进休闲农业发展的新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based of expound the definition,contents of leisure agriculture,the present situation and problems of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang province were analyzed.From the view of recycling economy and sustainable agriculture,on the basis of small scale of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang province,combining with the example of Beidahuang modern agricultural sci-tech park planning,the strategic decision of putting thoes owning multi function parks in the first place in the development of leisure agriculture was put forward.The purpose was to make full use of the advantage of information,management,planning,science and technology and talent resource,and propel the new thoughts of leisure agriculture development.更多还原
