新立煤矿矸石山自燃机理分析与实验
Spontaneous combustion mechanism analysis and experiment of gangue hill in Xinli coal mine
【摘要】 为掌握温度对煤矸石山自燃的影响,分析了煤矸石山自燃发生的机理,在实地考察和现场实验的基础上总结了影响新立煤矿矸石山自燃的内部因素和外部因素。实验测得自燃区距地面分别为0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0、3.5、4.0、4.2 m 9种不同深度的温度值,得到温度梯度变化规律。依据理论分析和实验结果将矸石山划分为未燃、氧化、燃烧、高温、燃尽五个分带,进而对五个分带自燃因素分析,用于指导自燃煤矸石山的灭火。
【Abstract】 Aimed at investigating the influence of the temperature on the gangue hill spontaneous combustion,this paper presents an analysis of the mechanism of the coal gangue hill spontaneous combustion and summaries of the influence factors of spontaneous combustion,based on in-situ investigation and experiment in Xinli coal mine.The paper gives the temperature value of spontaneous combustion area below the surface 0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0,3.5,4.0,4.2m respectively by the in-situ experiment and law governing the temperature gradient change and introduces the classification of the gangue hill into five belts,such as no burning,the oxidation,burning,high temperature and burning out by combining theoretical analysis with experimental results.The analysis of the influence factor of spontaneous combustion of the five belts can come into use in fighting fire due to spontaneous combustion of coal gangue hills.
