层状化增韧层合复合材料低速冲击有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Laminated-toughened Composites under Low-velocity Impact
【摘要】 针对低速冲击作用下的层合复合材料,建立了冲击的二维有限元模型.为了提高层合复合材料的抗冲击损伤性能,采用层状化增韧方法,并利用国际通用显式动力分析程序ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对层状化增韧后的层合复合材料在冲击载荷作用下的破坏过程进行了数值模拟,确定了增韧方案,为增韧结构设计和选择性增韧提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 To analyze the response of laminated composites under low-velocity impact,a finite element analysis model is established.In order to improve impact resistance of laminated composites,a technique of laminated-toughening is adopted and ANSYS/LS-DYNA is utilized to simulate the damage process of laminated-toughened composites under impact load.Then toughening project is confirmed.It gives a theoretical reference for designing highly-effective toughening structure and the selective toughening.
