【摘要】 目的充分调动聘用护士的工作积极性和主动性,搭建聘用护士成长的平台。方法公示优秀聘用护士条件、广泛宣传、自愿报名,合格者参与评选。对评选出的优秀聘用护士,要求其认真履行职责,并进行适时评价、奖励等系统管理。结果提高了聘用护士的理论及操作成绩和患者满意度;患者投诉及护理缺陷发生率下降。结论实施优秀聘用护士的评选,可以提高其工作积极性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative for work among employed nurses and build a platform for their development. Methods The conditions of excellent employed nurses were opened and publicized widely. All nurses were enrolled voluntarily. Selected outstanding nurses conscientiously per- formed their duty and were managed in system method,such as timely evaluation and awards. Results The achievement of theory and operation exams among em- ployed nurses was improved significantly. Patients’ satisfaction increased,while the rate of nursing defect and patients’ complaints decreased. Conclusion The im- plementation of outstanding nurses selection can improve their working enthusiasm.更多还原
