【摘要】 目的探讨符合儿童认知发展水平的健康教育形式,提高儿科健康教育效果。方法利用阅读疗法作用机理,编写住院患儿阅读疗法读本。选择符合入选标准的住院患儿分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组手术前后给予常规口头宣教及疾病护理宣教手册;观察组在此基础上,于患儿住院后24 h内将"住院患儿阅读疗法读本"发给陪护人员或有阅读能力的患儿本人,以供随时阅读,术前一天再次阅读并讨论相关问题。根据患儿的年龄,采取亲子阅读、交互式阅读、自我管理式阅读等不同阅读形式。对患儿和陪护人员进行住院患儿阅读读本认可度调查;向观察组和对照组患儿或陪护人员发放手术前后护理知识知晓率调查表,了解健康教育效果。结果91.67%的患儿认可住院患儿阅读读本的故事内容及图文并茂的形式;95.00%的患儿通过阅读了解住院期间要经历的过程;93.33%的患儿愿意向朋友推荐此读本;健康教育效果调查:观察组在疾病相关知识、治疗相关知识、饮食知识、手术注意事项等方面均优于对照组,两组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阅读疗法作为儿科健康教育的一种补充形式,符合儿童身心发展的自然规律和客观需求,体现了以家庭为中心的人文护理理念,较有效地实现了健康教育目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the means of health education suitable for the cognitive level of children and improve the effectiveness of health education for children patients.Methods One hundred and twenty hospitalized chidren were divided into control group and experimental group.The children in the control group received oral and written health education with handbook,while the children in the experimental group received health education by the means of billiotherapy.According to the children’s age,a story book was designed and different reading means were selected,such as parent-based reading,interactive reading and self-based reading.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the children and parents’ attitude to the bibiltherapy.Moreover,the children and parents’ mastery of knowledge related to perioperative nursing was compared between the two groups.Results 91.67% of the children liked the contents and forms of bibiotherapy,95.00% of them understood the experience of hospitalization through bibiotherapy and 93.33% of them would like to recommend the storybook to friends.The mastery of knowledge related to perioperative nursing in the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion The bibiotherapy can be a complementary means of health education for hospitalized children.It is suitable for the cognitive evel and developmental needs of children,can embody the family-centered idea of humanity nursing,and thereby to achieve the objectives of health education effectively.更多还原
