【摘要】 目的调查临床护理健康教育中存在的问题,为护理人员及管理者提供参考。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查泰山市三级医院的610名临床护理人员,从护理人员、病人和管理者3个方面分析健康教育中存在的问题。结果①护士对实施健康教育的满意度低,认为个性化教育及全员参与意识差、积极性低。②病人重治疗轻预防、知识需求低。③管理者对健康教育重视不够,缺乏健康教育评价体系。结论管理者重视健康教育,完善管理体系,才能充分发挥护士履行健康教育职责的潜力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the problems of health education by nurses,and to explore the countermeasures.Methods Six hundred and ten nurses in the Grade-III hospitals in Tai’an City were recruited and investigated with a self-designed questionnaire.The problems in health education were analyzed in the aspects of nurses,patients and nursing administrators.Results ①The nurses showed low satisfaction with the status of hospital health education.They reported that the nurses’ consciousness of individualized instruction and positivity in health education was poor.②The patients paid close attention to therapy rather than disease prevention and had low demands for disease-related knowledge.③The nursing administrators didn’t pay close attention to health education and lacked quality control and evaluation system for health education.Conclusions Nursing administrators should pay close attention to health education and improve the quality control system in order to make full use of the nurses’ competence in health education.更多还原
