【摘要】 目的探讨中医专科护士的培训模式,推动中医护理专业的发展。方法成立培训管理机构,规范培训内容、时间、方式、考核内容等。结果第1批专科护士培训后通过率72.73%;在公开刊物发表护理论文56篇;6名护士获校级以上科研立项;1名护士获科技成果三等奖。结论以继续教育的形式培养专科护士切实可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the training mode of specialized nurse in TCM hospitals and thereby to promote the development of TCM nursing.Method A training administration team was set up to standardize the contents,duration and means of training,as well as the examination contents.Results The pass rate was 72.73% in the first batch of specialized nurses who received training.After the training,56 papers were published,6 nurses obtained funds of research projects in University level and one nurse obtained third-class science and technology award.Conclusion The training mode through continuing education is feasible and effective for the training of specialized nurses.更多还原
