【摘要】 目的探讨护理质量督导专家在护理质量管理中的做法。方法制订护理质量检查内容及评分标准,进行随机抽查,并将检查内容进行统计、整理、分析,提出改进措施,落实问题解决情况。结果提高了护理质量及护理综合满意度。结论完善了护理质量管理标准,可以促进护理质量的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of nursing quality inspection expert panel in nursing quality management.Methods A nursing quality inspection expert panel was set up to establish the criteria and contents of nursing quality inspection,inspected the quality of nursing randomly,analyzed the problems in the inspection and proposed improvement measures.Results This practice improved the quality of nursing and patient general satisfaction with nursing service.Conclusion The set up of nursing quality inspection expert panel can complete well the criteria of nursing quality management and promote the improvement of the quality of nursing.更多还原
