一种矿质型植物生长促进剂对大白菜的生长及土壤环境的影响
Effects of mineral plant growth promoter to pot culture Chinese cabbage and the environment of soil
【摘要】 以一种新型矿质型植物生长促进剂作为叶面肥料,研究用其喷施大白菜后对大白菜产量、品质、安全性以及对土壤环境的影响。结果表明:与空白对照相比,使用植物生长促进剂稀释液喷施大白菜培养42d后,大白菜的株高增幅为194.7%~226.5%、单棵产量增幅为314.2%~489.2%、可溶性糖和维生素C含量较对照增幅在95.1%~184.6%和23.3%~55.1%,而硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量降幅分别为6.2%~17.2%和24.1%~46.9%。同时该植物生长促进剂可提高植物对土壤中氮素的利用率,增加土壤中微生物的总量,提高土壤缓冲能力,使土壤的酸碱度更适合植物的生长。综合考虑植物生长促进剂的最佳处理浓度为3000倍(0.53mg·L-1)的植物生长促进剂稀释液。
【Abstract】 Using a new kind of mineral plant growth promoter as foliar fertilizer to study the effect on the yields,quality and the safety to Chinese cabbage. The result shows that in contrast to control,after cultivating the Chinese cabbage with the plant growth promoter 42 days,the yields and the quality of the Chinese cabbage have been promoted. The height increased 194.7%~226.5%,the yields of single Chinese cabbage increased 314.2%~489.2%,the content of soluble sugar increased 95.1%~184.6%,and the content of vitamin C increased 23.3%~55.1%. Meanwhile,the content of nitrate,and nitrite respectively decreased 6.2%~17.2% and 24.1%~46.9%. In addition,using plant growth promoter can improve N utilization ratio of Chinese cabbage to the soil notably,and increase total amount of microorganism in soil. Moreover,it can raise soil buffer capacity,and make sour alkali degree of soil suitable for the growth of Chinese cabbage. By comprehensive consideration,the optimum dilution multiple is 3 000 multiple plant growth promoter.
