纳米SiO2表面改性玄武岩纤维的性能研究及作用机理

【摘要】 为了改善玄武岩纤维与环氧树脂的界面相容性,提高复合材料力学性能,把改性纳米SiO2粒子均匀分散于浸润剂中对玄武岩纤维进行表面涂覆改性。这种方法有效地增加了玄武岩纤维表面粗糙度与亲油性,使玄武岩纤维与环氧树脂界面相容性明显提高。复合材料层间剪切强度提高18.76%,改性纳米SiO2粒子在玄武岩纤维及环氧树脂之间起架桥作用。

【Abstract】 To improve the interfacial compatibility between basalt fibers and epoxy resin,and the property of composites,surface modified nano-SiO2 particles were evenly distributed into the sizing agent and coated to the surface of basalt fibers by through sizing technique. This process greatly enhanced the basalt fiber’s surface roughness,hydrophobicity,and the absorption capacity of basalt fibers to epoxy matrix. Also,the interlaminar shear strength of the basalt fiber reinforced epoxy composite material was increased by 18.76%,and the cross-section is even as well. These were due to the bridge effect of modified nano-SiO2 particles between basalt fibers and epoxy resin.
