苯泄漏事故的应急响应等级

【摘要】 针对危险化学品事故应急响应等级划分及快速反应中存在的问题,利用事故树的分析方法,提出以空气中苯浓度、人员暴露时间和扩散范围3个参数来划分苯泄漏事故应急响应等级,并将应急响应划分为事故发展前期和后期两个阶段。以河南神马集团尼龙化工有限责任公司为例,建立了基于事故树分析法的苯泄漏事故应急响应等级划分方法,并对苯泄漏事故的应急响应程序进行了分析。

【Abstract】 Based on the problems of emergency response grade and quick response for hazardous chemicals accidents,this paper provided a way which used concentration of benzene,exposure time of staff and diffused areas to measure off the emergency response grade by fault tree analysis.The emergency response was divided into initial stage and late stage during accidents.Taking Henan Shenma Nylon Chemical Co.,Ltd (for example,) emergency response grade by fault tree analysis was built to measure off the emergency(response) grade of leakage accident with benzene.Further more,the emergency response process of benzene leakage accident was analyzed.
