真空-蒸馏法分析钾中的氧
Determination of oxygen in potassium by vacuum distillation
【摘要】 建立钾中氧的一种分析方法。在真空度为6×10-4Pa,温度为250℃下,通过蒸馏的方法去除钾的基体,蒸馏残渣溶样后用容量法进行分析,样品测量的相对平均偏差小于15%。该方法已应用于快堆Na-K合金合成过程中钾中氧的分析,今后也可应用于钾净化过程中钾中氧的分析。
【Abstract】 A new method for determining oxygen in potassium is investigated.The potassium matrix is separated by vacuum distillation at the temperature of 250℃and under the vacuum of 6×10-4 Pa.The residue is dissolved.Volumetric analysis is used to analyse oxygen in the residue.Average deviation of determined samples is<15%.This method has been applied to determine the concentration of oxygen in potassium when Na-K alloy was compounded.When potassium is cleaned,this method can also be applied to determine oxygen in potassium.
